How the free trial season works

When you sign up for Cut Club and create your first club, you get your first season free.

Your free trial season comes fully set up so you can start playing right away.

It includes:

• 2 rounds
• Blind mode
• Unlimited players
• Your choice of Spotify or YouTube as your music source
• Editable matchups after creation

Pick your music source, review your season, publish it, and you're ready to play.

How to start your trial season

After creating your first club, go to Seasons and select Start Free Trial.

You'll walk through a simple three-step setup:

1. Choose your season name and music source.
2. Review or customize your matchup themes. You can randomize themes or create your own.
3. Review your season details and start your free trial.

Can I edit matchups later?

Yes. You can edit your matchups after creating the trial season.

Themes can be updated from the season dashboard, so you don't need to finalize every matchup before getting started.

How many players can join?

Your free trial season supports unlimited players. Invite as many friends as you'd like to compete.

What happens after I publish the season?

Once you publish your trial season, players can join and the season begins automatically.

The schedule is:

• Round 1 opens as soon as you publish.
• Voting begins 4 days later.
• Results are announced 3 days after voting begins.
• Round 2 begins the following week.

What happens after my trial season ends?

Once your free trial season is complete, you can continue playing by creating additional seasons using any of the available purchase options.

Do invited players need to pay?

No. Only the commissioner creates the season. Invited players can join, submit songs, vote, and compete without purchasing anything.
