Manage your club
How hosts manage players, settings, and the season schedule in CutClub.
As a host, you control the season settings, the player roster, and the schedule. Here's what you can do.
Player management
Adding players. Share the invite link from your season settings. Anyone who joins through that link is added to your club for the current season.
Removing players. You can remove a player from the club from your season settings. Removing someone before the season starts means they won't appear in the roster. Removing someone mid-season is possible but their prior submissions and votes stay in the record.
Player limits. With a Season Pass, there's no limit on players. With Per Seat pricing, you pay per active player.
Season settings
From your season settings you can:
- Adjust the matchup schedule
- Enable or disable player theme suggestions
- Connect or disconnect Slack
- Pause or resume the season
Pausing a season
Hosts can pause a season at any time. When you resume, the schedule picks up exactly where it left off. Use this for holidays, slow periods, or whenever your group needs a break.
Handing off host duties
If you need someone else to manage the season, email us at hello@playcutclub.com and we can transfer host access.
